In a textbook terminology, international onboarding is described as the mechanism which new employees will need to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviors in order to become effective organizational members and insiders internationally. In short, onboarding is the process involves all the steps that an international student must take in order for them to become a student of certain country, so that with this they can immediately hit the ground running.

This onboarding process entails several needs that might need to address, especially most of the international students, whom may not be familiar with student visa permit requirements in order to stay in the country.  Transportation easement from the place where they resides to our learning center without having problem of getting late or lost, safety and what are the “do’s and don’ts” when staying in a foreign country because it is important so that they are not doing the behaviors that might cause offence to the local Malaysian and at the same time help them to respect and appreciate the different behaviors, culture and religions of the country. Other than cultural aspect, students will also need to spend a little extra time in the process of explaining things like health insurance and other benefits, housing, transportation, taxes, etc.
